Predefined fields allow a list of values to be specified for various profile fields. All profile fields, including predefined fields are searchable and can be used to create Smart Groups or Smart Contacts.
Default Predefined Fields
System default predefined fields keys cannot be renamed and once values have been applied to user profiles sync with G Suite immediately; these include Job Titles, Companies, Departments, Employment Types, Area, Building, Floors.
- User profiles cannot contain any other value than those specified.
- Area, Building, Floor, Section and Desk are not currently available in G Suite.
- External contacts cannot use these predefined fields.
