When you sign in to the CloudM Help Centre, you will be able to access the following by clicking the drow down arrow next to your name (as below)
Click - My Activities
From here you will have access to the following:
- Tickets created by you and those created by others in your organisation
- The Subject / Ticket ID (reference) / Created Date / Last activity Time / Current Status
Clicking into each ticket will give you the ability to see further details and to submit a comment for the CloudM Support Team.
Contributions - Articles or community posts you have commented on
Following - Articles you are watching. This will then notify you when any of these articles are updated (example, Changelog for product releases).
From this page, you will be able to access your profile information. Here, you will be able to:
- Update your contact information
- See your activity Overview
