CloudManager login Terms and Conditions is for use by you to apply to your staff.
- Open Global Settings left hand menu
- Select Global Login Controls sub menu category
- Scroll down to Terms and Conditions Section
These terms and conditions are for your internal use - not the terms and conditions from Cloud Technology Solutions and CloudManager. CloudManager product Terms and conditions can be found in the Product Support Menu.
Before you can setup and configure User Terms and Conditions you will need to create a Google Doc containing your Terms and Conditions. This document can contain titles, headings and images and must be saved within your Google Drive.
The Terms & Conditions could be used for your staff to accept a Device Usage Policy, Company User Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Computer Use Policy
To enable User Terms and Conditions tick the Enabled box and then Select the User Terms and Conditions Google Doc that you want to present to your users.
Click save and your User Terms and Conditions are ready to use.
You can verify the Google Doc by selecting the View Document option.
