Using the organization browser
The organization browser gives you a way to quickly navigate through your organizational structure. Scroll up and down to see the users and Organizational Units (OUs) that are contained within a specific OU. To navigate down the tree into a sub-OU, click the OU in the browser. To select and view details about a user click the user. To move back up a level, click the link at the top of the browser.
At the top level of the browser is a special OU called 'External Contacts'. This OU contains profiles and information about users who are not in your domain. You can add new contacts into this OU that are available via search and browsing, but which are not profiles in your G Suite environment. Any profiles inside this OU cannot be moved to other OUs.
Please note Smart Contacts are currently not currently available for Microsoft domains
Also at the top level of the browser are special OUs for 'Smart Groups' and 'Smart Contacts'. These OUs contain settings that make CloudManager automatically create groups and contacts for users in your organization.
Viewing all users in an OU
If you would like to view all users within an OU quickly in the search results, you should select the 'Actions' menu on an OU and click 'Quick Search View'.
A note about multiple selections
To perform actions on multiple users you should use the search results dialogue. Perform a search with the criteria you need to find the users and then select them in the search results dialogue. If you want to perform actions on all users within an OU then use the 'Quick Search View' as described above.
