Sometimes, CloudM Manage can lose Data access to G Suite. This is caused when CloudM Manage's authorization to use the G Suite tenant expires.
This can affect certain aspects of CloudM Manage, such as Signature Management, Single Sign On (SSO) and Synchronization between CloudM Manage to G Suite.
- Go to admin.google.com
- Select "Apps"
- Open Marketplace Apps
- Ensure that CloudM Manage is "On for Everyone"
- Select CloudM Manage, and ensure that Data Access has Approval granted.
- Grant Data Access.
